This Means War

Work drama is no fun. My boss has been venting her frustration quite vocally about how she is a scientist yet doesn't have an office like some of the others. She has already switched cubes before, but is now unsatisfied at her current location. Instead of talking directly to my coworker about switching cubes, my boss went to the VP of the department to get her to "ask" my coworker to move cubes so that my boss could take my coworker's larger cube by the window. My boss pulled rank and now her RA hates her. Shoulda stayed in Tahoe.
