[Author's Note: This post was started on 4/12/11. It's currently 05/08/12. I know I will never finish this post the way it was originally intended to be, so I've decided to just post it the way it is and be done with it.]
It's a well known fact that bacon goes with pretty much everything; cheeseburgers, lettuce and tomato, asparagus, chocolate, and pretty much anything else that can be wrapped in it. It's also a well known fact that Sriracha goes with pretty much everything. There are countless websites dedicated to cooking with and/or general praise about the delicious rooster hot sauce. So it seems pretty self evident that bacon and Sriracha would make a pretty kick ass combination.
